At the beginning of the new year 2023, CTIEC signed the engineering design contract of 800t/d ultra-clear photovoltaic glass project with Turkey SISECAM Group. This signing is the first important achievement following the strategic meeting held between PengShou, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, chief engineer of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM), and board chairman of CTIEC, and GorkemElverici, CEO of Turkey SISECAM Group, in Istanbul on October 13, 2022. It is also another time for both parties’ cooperation in high-end glass production line project after CTIEC completed SISECAM’s Indian 600t/d high-quality float glass production line in 2010.
This proposed project will be the first large tonnage ultra-clear photovoltaic glass production line of SISECAM Group. Due to core technology and impressive performance of CTIEC in the field of large tonnage ultra-clear photovoltaic glass,SISECAMselects CTIEC as its strategic partner to further expand the photovoltaic glass market.
